I have been painting for a while now. It can be very relaxing and calming in nature. It also helps to express the true emotion one might be feeling. When I woke up today, I was feeling so positive that there was only one thing I could think of — painting. I was also curious and feeling experimental today, that what if I could paint and also put down my thoughts on writing. This is the first time I am writing to express what compels me for a painting and how it is a mindfulness activity for me.
