Ahoy Argan Oil is here. Or is it… ?

Welcome to the era where Argan oil is being used for hair, body, face, in solitude and in innovative mixed with other oils.

Yes we all know or believe in the herd of the much talked about benefits that Argan oil claims.

Celebrities, make up artist, journals, press all seem to be making this no doubt one of the biggest beauty products of our generation.

But today, rummaging through Argan oil products at a multi branded store online, I found about 34 products that matched the search.

For a brief few minutes, I thought all of these were 100% Argan oil, but then I saw a few expensive brands that claimed to have 90% pure argan oil and the famous brands such as Body shop, or the Moroccan Argan Oil series and others, shed no light on the Argan oil content in their beautifully packaged and well informative labels.

That brought me to the underlying question that actually anyone and everyone should be asking themselves before rating or buying Argan oil, that how much is the Argan oil content in the bottle.

We are just pawns of this well schemed media and companies to simply be blinded by the Argan Oil sign.

I ended up Googling images and reading blogs to find the Argan oil content, but I found no information on the well known brands. I was also surprised that the informative beauty blogs of our age, wrote much about how great the oil is but the basic question of how much % oil is there in it wasn’t answered.

So folks, next time you decide to buy Argan oil, check for it’s content and if you are unable to find so, means that the bottle probably isn’t worth the money.
