Don’t be surprise of …. We can be manipulated by someone around us very easily. Yes sometimes knowingly and sometimes unknowingly we are being participated in the Race.. A race of social status… A race of Likes & Comments in a social media… A race of being ahead in career….Like so…
In addition to this there are people surrounded by us mostly you can observe it on corporate sectors that many of the negative minds instead of working hard played nasty politics with seniors, colleagues and juniors can to be on the first line in the race . They talks something good at your face and many things bad at your back. They praised you when you stood alone and criticize you in the public.
When i started my career in this corporate world it took me a long time to understood that i too thrown in the race and the remote was in my seniors hand. I do all the things without raising questions or utilizing my common sense. I was following “There are 2 rules to sustain this corporate world i.e. Boss is always right and even if the first rule is wrong you have to follow the second one it too says Boss is always right.”
Yes almost after 6 Years, i grew up a little matured and learn the tricks to sustain how to win without taking part in the corporate race. In the initial phase i lost my temper most of the time. I was too much aggressive and reactive to answer instantly without a pause. Yes those are the mistakes i did but am thankful to these handful of mistakes that i learnt a lot from it in return.
Remember one thing, whether it’s Personal of Professional try to be cool in every situation. This golden rule will solve almost all of your problems. People will drag you into politics, they will try their best to manipulate you for their well being. But you need to understand the brain behind their behavior. Always run your own race. It’s crowd less. You will grown better with each passing day. It’s the Race of Peace. There is no chance of outrun running your own race. No one is ahead you, no one is behind you.
