HOW TO COOK ACHARI Aloo

INGREDIANTS:-

1/2 kg Potato

1 Raw Mango

2 medium size Garlic

Green chilli

venegar

salt

musterd oil

Coriander

NOW WE ARE READY TO COOK OUR DISH,LET’S COOK

  • Boil the potato in pressure cooker,when it boiled.peel it and cut into smalll pieces.
  • Mix garlic ,chilli,raw mango and carom seed, make the paste of it.
  • Next take a bowl and mix the cut potato and paste.
  • Then also add some mustered oil, salt as acccording to taste and vinegar.Mix it very carefully with the help of spoon not by your hand.
  • Achari alooo is ready decorate it with coriander leaves and serve it with poori,chapati etc.
