HOW TO COOK EGG CURRY:-

INGREDIANTS

5 egg

4 pieces onion

1 medium size garlic

Green chilli

Ginger

5 big size tomato

Garam masala powder

Bay leaf

Turmeric powder

Salt

Cilantro

METHOD:-

  • Firstly,boil the egg and peel it.
  • Take some oil in pan and fry boiled eggs untill it turned golden brown.
  • Make some holes in boiled eggs with the help of fork.
  • Take 2–3 spoon oil in pan and bay leafs ,cumin seeds and chopped onion, fry it,than pour the peel of onion,ginger,garlic and chilli paste,when the all spices cooked well,mix tomato puree,add garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt .and also add one glass of water.
  • When gravey is started boil.put the fried egg.
  • Egg curry is ready and decorate with cilantro
