Multi-tasking has become a fancy word nowadays, whereas the use of the word has made people feel that they are more of hardworking and talented person. Mentioning to someone that you multitask has become a fashionable trend these days, but there is no such thing called “MULTI-TASKING”.

You cannot multitask many things at the same time and pat yourself saying that you are a multitasker “NO”, you can mention the word multitasking only if you perform various tasks or activity at the same time. Studies have proven that there is no such thing called multitasking, you can only multitask in a day but not at the same time.

There are tasks or activities where you can multitask say like, browsing the internet and talk on the phone at the same time can be called multitasking or singing and dancing at the same time, these small tasks can be called as multitasking.

When you say that you are a multi-tasker it doesn’t mean you perform all the given task at the same time, but if you literally mean that it means that you output would not be that effective and efficient. Because a work which is fully not concentrated is a work which is not done to it’s fullest. For one to do the job with the full efficiency he/she should give his full time and concentration to that particular work for the best outcome.

So…..multi-tasking can be done but at a minimal rate.
