Create a map and a story of the future. Planning will become so much easier.

Innovations that will save us as humans and our planet if we do it together, according to Stephen Hawkins. So. How does that future look like?

Historically we as humans have some technological leaps when we look at it in retrospect. Industrial revolution. Internet. Dynamite. Electricity. DNA mapping. Space travel. As a firm believer in our capabilities, I think we haven’t seen anything yet. Our next leap might be our last. Or our best. Or a beast.

We are creating a creator. A god we would say 100 years ago. The day Artificial Intelligence is smarter than us humans we would see an exponential growth of AI:s capabilities. This breaking point is called the singularity.

In this time in human history, we live.

So how about predicting the future?

Some look into trends and from the directions draw a line and see what happens in 10–20 years from now. Very few companies are interested in that prediction. They might look 1–2 years from now.

So if my assumption is correct?

How is looking into the future? UN? No. There are a few individuals like Elon Musk that do in public, on a larger scale. I see Bill Gates is changing his perspective to do something for the humanity genuinely. And I’m guessing more to come.

Obama is in a unique club, called the elderly. Nelson Mandela founded it. And they talk about the future…
