Love this — I just published an article on how I’m living with depression and what has helped and walking is a big part of it for me too.
Exercise + getting out and forcing yourself into wide open spaces where others are around definitely helping me. Just updated my post to link to yours — appreciate you writing it.
Thanks Isabela — I think that’s a great strategy and is something I have wondered about playing around with too. I think it is so easy to spend our days looking at our devices which often trigger comparisons with others, negativity, outrage etc… distracting us from the real world around us.
