Time will tell Nuria but it’s a nice platform to use. I would advise trying to build your main homebase blog on your own domain but this could be a good secondary place to hang out and drive traffic back to your blog. My worry is not necessarily about duplicate content penalties but rather that the content here might outrank the content on your blog simply because Medium is such a highly ranked domain.
