I'm Carl, a product leader with over 16 years experience across strategy, product, consulting and digital transformation, building high-performing teams, to create next-generation, award-winning solutions and platforms that delight customers, drive sales and disrupt traditional industries. I've taken a pretty varied route to get here as most of us have! It wasn't a 'thing' when I was working out what I wanted to do at uni but it's an incredible space, with a huge variety of skills, industries growth and fun. It can also be painful, slow and frustrating but i wouldn't change it for the world.
