Russia Investigation Continues

Can Trump handle the scrutiny?

What is Trump hiding?

Business concerns

Are you having trouble keeping up with the alleged Trump-Russian connection investigations? What do you think will be the likely outcome(s)?

The answer from me is that I am not trying to ‘keep up’ with these distractions that are being thrown at us (‘the audience’) from the ‘reality government’ led by someone highly experienced in inciting audiences and well-versed in the language that his constituents want to hear ….

What is the name of that game where there is a coin or some object under one of three cups which are moved around quickly … slight of hand is the key.

Yes, I have three concerns about the campaign/election/presidency:

  • This constant pretense of naivety from the politicians.

The people who are professional politicians (and the press that follows them) whether supporting or abhorring Mr. Trump, are well-aware of:

  • Foreign interests, including Russian Mafia activities in the United States

No one in the government or Congress should be surprised or ‘shocked’ by any of these aspects or influences in the country or in the business dealings and life of a highly successful, long-term real estate investor and owner operating initially in the North Eastern Unites States, particularly New York as well as across the world.

The challenge is to keep separated the ‘Cold War’ propaganda/fiction from the 21st century reality.

Again, ‘follow the money’ …

Russia

Exactly what is Trump accused of with Russia?

Yes, it is confusing …

Keeping Up with the Trumps

I suggested that knowing, working, and dealing with Russians should not be a surprise for someone in the New York Real Estate world.

However, there are these remaining questions …just questions, so far

Whether someone operating within the Trump campaign made any forward-looking ‘promises’ to Russian officials? For foreign policy or whatever…

Whether Trump himself was involved with any self-interest supported by, led-by or suggested from the Russians? The ‘such-as’ seems to be undermining the Clinton campaign …

Or, whether the Russians …whoever they might be had had dealings with Trump in the past that leave him vulnerable to intimidation to keep something in his past quiet.

Whether the investigation that had surveillance on Trump Tower had anything to do with the Trump campaign or Trump himself … [I think that the answer on this question was that the surveillance was on someone residing on the Trump property: nothing to do with the election, the campaign, or Trump himself.]

Lastly, whether any of the alleged ‘shady dealings’ involved destabilizing the American government in favour of future profits, of some kind.

The investigation is very broad (or, it should be).

IF any of it might be valid, you can see the reason for the interest in the Trump tax returns …although (and not being unkind or supportive of any conspiracy) the size of Trumps deals could leave him quite vulnerable, especially if hidden money or tax evasion, etc. could be involved.

That’s kind of where we are … and perhaps the reason that business moguls seldom get so close to politics.

Keep in mind that the investigation in the States is in the forefront while the deaths, assassinations that had happened elsewhere to Russians are in the background.

There have been 7–9 Russian officials …who have died rather suddenly.

On other words, we don’t know what is going on for sure and it is in our interest to find out.

In the end, it might have nothing to do with Trump and any of his activities, versus someone in proximity to Trump that perhaps stayed at one of his properties or was involved in one of his business deals or with someone else who was involved with him.

So, the concerns, questions, suspicions of Russian operations is not limited to the United States …France and others have similar concerns

….

The President of the United States and Command in Chief of the United States Military is threatening Mueller not to investigate his business dealings …

How would it be possible for:

  • A law-abiding citizen

to have anything that could be hidden?

There might be nothing to hide. On the other hand, the word ‘hide’ is probably irrelevant for a privately-held, family-run, international business organization dealing in large commercial properties.

Real estate is the perfect business for masking criminal activity, i.e., money laundering, drug deals, etc. The organization has assets, money, affiliations with officials, business, and private citizens all over the world.

Trump has children, grandchildren and siblings and ex-wives who might have accounts or other assets holding money for him. How would anyone be able to determine quickly the source, purpose and disposition of his money.

The only thing really to hide would be if he had lost most of his money due to unfortunate deals or investments. If Trump wanted to make money without needed to pay taxes, he doesn’t need to put it in tax havens. He can simply deal in cash and put on paper lesser amount for tax purposes.

The problem is that, evidently, he was no vetting thoroughly before he was selected as the Republican nominee: the Party wasn’t interested.

There needs to be, apparently, some kind a civilian oversight of the Federal government that would ensure transparency:

  • on budgetary revenue and expenditures

On the other hand, given the Reality Government style, the threat might all be hype to create tension and ‘boost ratings’
