Prioritize to ensure that that any attempt does not threaten the existing population or the health of the experiment’s subject(s).

It would seem that I disagree. It is not wrong. it is not a good OR bad idea. More purpose, definition, and proofing of approaches is needed to get the desired outcomes which will vary by experimenters and those requesting enhancement.

Science and technology cannot be about superlatives or absolutes.
