What if the same VCs who are putting their bets into Startups to run them against each other (no matter which one is the winner, at the end they cash out) are also investing into property development and they are increasing the prices accordingly to the corporate approved (and standardized among the industry) salaries, so whatever you are making at the local startup as an employee, you are paying it back to the same circles in form of rent? And the loop is closed — how will you save any money?
