How to Set Up Your Pronto Account

Setting up a Pronto account for you, your church administration and your church congregation is a simple process that only takes 5 minutes

Step 1: Go to Prontogiving.com
Log on to Prontogiving.com
Step 2: Basic info
Begin filling out your:
- First name
- Last name
- Password
- Phone number
Step 3: Select price tier
Now you choose the plan that’s right for you and your church. If you’re not sure which one is right for you, give us a call. We’ll talk about your needs and help you make the best decision for your organization.
Step 4: Organization information
This step requires a litte bit more information about your church or non-profit. We’ve included the details of what you’ll need to fill in here.
- Legal Organization name
This is the name that appears on the Certificate of Incorporation or the organization’s application for charity status. To find the legal name, check the IRS’ Determination Database here: apps.irs.gov/app/esos
- Tax ID
To find your tax ID check your mail or email from the IRS when your first applied. Or check your prior tax returns or other documents with your tax information. If you can’t find your ID, contact the IRS between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Step 5: Add your location
Enter your organization’s address
Step 6: Add your banking information
Enter your organization’s banking information. If you can’t find it, your bank will have your Routing Number and Bank Account Number.
Step 7: Add your legal representative
There are no strict requirements for your legal representative. Most organizations enter the information of their treasurer or primary accountant.
We also require their Social Security Number to verify their legitimacy.
