This brief article will explain the tokenomics of the POM ecosystem and the details of the POM (and POMG) airdrop for ETH2.0 holders.

Introduction

📊 ETH2.0 on the ETH chain can be considered early access to POM coin, the native token of the Proof Of Memes Layer 1 Blockchain

➡️ ETH2.0 will transition to Pomchain as POMG (POM Governance) which will provide voting rights to holders to help steer the direction of the Proof Of Memes ecosystem. POMG will also support staking for bonus POM!

📃 POM coin powers the entire Pomchain blockchain and is used for transaction fees, mining rewards and to pair with tokens in token liquidity pools

The Airdrop

⭐️ 50% of the supply of POM coin is allocated for ETH2.0 holder airdrops

• To reward strong supporters of Proof Of Memes, a 10% airdrop bonus will be provided to wallets with zero sells
• For those who choose to sell any amount of ETH2.0 before the POM coin airdrop a 40% allocation reduction will be triggered. Interactions with any wallet with recorded ETH2.0 sells or transfers to a CEX which is then sent back to a DeFi wallet with a lower number of tokens will also trigger this reduction in POM coin allocation
• The airdrop will be distributed to ETH2.0 holders on a vesting schedule with an initial 15% airdropped followed by 1% per day for 85 days
• The POM coin airdrop for ETH2.0 holders will be fully automated and no action is required to receive your POM on POMchain once you have interfaced with the airdrop dashboard (not yet live)
