FAQ: How to Participate in THIRTEEN EAST + WEST
Premarketing of our Investment Opportunity for a tokenized security, THIRTEEN EAST + WEST, is now available for review. It will open soon for subscription requests; Indications of Interest are currently being accepted. You’ll find guidelines below on how to participate. Should you have further questions please contact us.
I’ve never logged in to Propellr — how do I get started?
Visit propellr.com. Submit your email address in the popup for THIRTEEN EAST + WEST; you will receive a link shortly to complete your profile.
How do I access the deal?
Log in to your Propellr account. Click on Opportunities, then on the image for THIRTEEN EAST + WEST.
Do I need to be an accredited investor?
Yes. To view the deal, you will need to confirm you are an accredited investor. In order to subscribe to the deal, a third party must confirm you are accredited. These details are covered during profile completion.
What am I seeing when the deal pulls up?
This is the Offering Memorandum (“OM”) — it lays out crucial information including deal stats, transaction and property highlights, the Operating Agreement, and transaction/investment risks. Review these details closely. Note that the Offering Memorandum is not investment advice.
How do I invest?
If you see [PREMARKETING] at the top of the OM, this means Propellr is accepting Indications of Interest. Submit your desired amount and requested minimum allocation in the fields on the right of the OM — see image.
Note that minimum allocations on Propellr begin at $25K, and Indications of Interest are denominated in USD. When the Investment Opportunity opens for subscription, you will be able to confirm your request. You must complete all sections of your Investor Profile, including Income Verification, in order to successfully subscribe to a deal. Income Verification requires acknowledgement from a valid third party as mandated by federally regulated KYC/AML procedures.
If you see only THIRTEEN EAST + WEST at the top of the OM, the deal is open for subscription and you are able to submit an allocation request, provided your Investor Profile is complete.
What risks do I need to be aware of?
The risks are outlined in the OM. Read these carefully to determine if this investment is suitable for you.
What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request. Once the deal closes for allocation, you will be notified that Propellr is processing subscription requests. Please note that Propellr strives to allocate your requested amount, but confirmed subscriptions may be adjusted down to accommodate demand. Be advised that a subscription request is considered a commitment: once Propellr confirms an allocation for you, you are subscribed to the deal.
When will I find out if I received a subscription allocation?
The length of the open subscription period hinges on a few factors including the Issuer’s deadlines. Once you receive a notice that the deal has closed for allocation, expect to receive a confirmation email from Propellr within 2 business days.
If your subscription is confirmed, follow the Confirm Investment link in your confirmation email to e-sign your subscription documents and obtain directions for submitting your total amount allocated. Typically you have between 24–72 hours to complete this step; the confirmation email will specify the timeline for you.
How can I pay in crypto?
Indications of Interest are denominated in USD. When the deal opens for subscription, fiat submissions are accepted in USD, and cryptocurrency submissions are accepted in ETH, BTC, and DAI.
What will I receive in exchange for my purchase?
You will have the ability to specify whether you want your subscription to be in fiat or token format.
What are tokens?
Tokens are digital representations of assets stored on a blockchain. For more information, please refer to our FAQ on tokenization.
Where will the tokens be stored?
The tokens will be stored on Ethereum. For more information, please refer to our FAQ on tokenization.
What happens if I lose my tokens?
There will be an administrator that can reissue tokens should you lose them. The original tokens will be destroyed when the reissue has been completed. No tokens will be held by the Issuer.
