No! Unless it is chunky or dried out, no. Stop wasting your money. I used to work for a very large cosmetics company. They literally inoculate the makeup with bacteria, then incubate it in 120 degree warming boxes for 2 YEARS and test to see if it’s gone off. If it has, they won’t sell it. Stop wasting your money. If you want to de-germ it, spritz with rubbing alcohol. Makeup artists do that at fashion shows/theaters/movies and such. I also eat cheese that expired in October, so take this for what it’s worth.
