We are happy to announce our last release of ProtoPixel Create, with some very nice features that will help you create and deploy your finest lighting installations.

If you have ProtoPixel Create already installed, it will automatically ask you to update to the new version, or you can download it manually here.

New features:

The most important feature in this release is the new Scheduler Functionality (Both in Create and Node)! Schedule projects in time, repeat daily schedule, add exceptions… Your lighting installation becomes much more autonomous! Open it with And check the docs.

Free one month subscription for new installs. So you can check out all the features without hassles. Also, subscription status will be recovered automatically after reinstall.

Global settings are now accessible in the Admin App in ProtoPixel Node. This includes a friendlier name for the installation, that will be used in

Also, this release has support for the upcoming ProtoPixel 1 Channel Ethernet Controller.


  • Python libs are now included, so less compatibility problems should appear.
  • Application now has only one icon! (finally)
  • Some Art-Net related network bugs fixed
  • Exporting projects with scripts sharing assets resulted in missing files
