Location of Physical Casino is Disclosed
Dear supporters, location of the first and only physical crypto casino is disclosed. It will be located in the ‘city’ of Vittoriosa, south of the capital Valletta on the north east coast of Malta. Situated on the waterfront of an operational marina.
The Maltese Islands are situated in the Mediterranean Sea, about 100 km from Sicily and 290 km from North Africa. The inhabited islands comprise Malta (390 sq km), Gozo (65 square kilometers) and Comino (2.5 square kilometers). It is estimated that the total population of the islands is approximately 429,000. The capital of Malta is Valletta, it has a population of about 7,000 (city only).
Where would be the casino exactly be located?
The proposed hotel and casino will be located in the ‘city’ of Vittoriosa, south of the Capital Valletta on the north east coast of Malta. Vittoriosa (or Birgu) is one of the ‘Three Cities.’ The Three Cities is the name given to the three fortified cities of Vittoriosa, Cospicua, and Senglea which were originally
enclosed by an extensive line of fortification constructed by the Knights of St John in the 16th century. These dockside neighborhoods are where the knights were based in their auberges (residences) from 1530 until 1570. Each had accommodation, chapels and dining rooms all set around a courtyard. In 1570 the Knights moved across the Grand Harbour to the Newly constructed
city of Valletta. Today the ‘cities’ are used as residential and commercial accommodation as well as housing some museums.
The area is full of historical architecture and is surrounded by some marinas including one recently acquired by a 5-star marina operator. The three cities are located across the Grand Harbour from Valletta, reached either by road or by boat; there is a water taxi service in operation. The proposed development is on the south side of the Vittoriosa peninsula.
