I have to say, nowadays we have standards for everything. The success is constantly measured by traditional patterns like academic achievements, average grade or how young are you. But like you I also don’t believe this is the right way to go. We are forgetting to pursue other characteristics that are also important to worklife like: empathy, ability to build new knowledge, to collaborate with others, to understand. We as a society are becoming more selffish and invidualist. Unfortunately, many people will be there to judge those who goes off the traditional track as you said. Good text! =)
