There some good points, but quite a few conclusions are unsupported. Maybe some points are missing. Biggest disappointment though is on JS side. Community there pushes a lot of good stuff like immutable data structures, functional programming, better type checking in transpiled languages, etc. which is sadly lacking on PHP side.
