I feel this! I found by simply not using the word ‘app’ in our marketing, potential customers at Bellow were more prone to checking out the service.

And although it’s true that people don’t want new app, there are cohorts of people that are not happy with the current status quo of existing apps/services/networks/tools. Starting with those people who see true pain in these things is key.
