Even assuming The Times figures out how to make digital work brilliantly, I doubt print goes away…

Indeed The Times may be sold in print for a long time. However, the transformation of the market is much deeper, touches on the question what journalism really is and how it should be done. It may be, that the ‘old media’ won’t be able to adapt to the new situations and that completely new services will take over their place as the spearheads of information transfer.

It won’t be The Times that will stop printing, it may be a new medium to push them off the (digital) shelves. (wink to Medium ;) )
