Check your constitutional law! Oh, and only apply it to ‘recent history.’ The emoluments case is a joke buddy, check out history on the matter. Many past presidents have owned their own business while in office.
As for the illegalities you assert. Election commission is not illegal. The travel ban was approved by the Supreme Court when it rebuked lower courts of gross overreach. Regulatory rollbacks have largely been approved by the courts and the few judicial stays have been respected. He faces an extremely partisan judiciary as recent rulings followed by higher Court rebukes have made clear, but he has respected these court’s decisions against him, just like the many times Obama respected the courts decisions against him.
‘People are dying because of him, both here and around the world. (do you need me to explain that). His actions pose a real threat to America’s economic future, as well as our quality of life. Do enough people care?’
Statements like these are completely unproductive. I’d love to hear you explain how long term expected outcomes have been significantly worsened relative to Obama’s policies. You might even be able to provide a compelling subjective interpretation on the matter (though I doubt it), but you’d still be stuck giving your flawed and limited opinion. Not fact, opinion. As far as economics goes, I disagree greatly with Trump on his protectionism, but by in large I see his economic policies as far superior to Obama’s redistribution and regulation. Moralizing your opinion is not convincing. It’s the equivalent of me saying, ‘Obama killed future millions by reducing future economic growth and impeding progress in healthcare via higher taxes specific to the industry and artificially limited markets. Do you even care?’
