The GenesisPugs mint on Sunday couldn’t have gone smoother. With 464 out of 500 NFTs minted and 324 unique owners already, our goal to establish a free NFT collection that promotes exclusivity and widespread ownership has exceeded our expectations. Roadmap

To grasp the future trajectory of PugLife, let’s start with a high-level overview before diving deeper:

Pug Garden — The Adventure Begins

Pug Garden is the cornerstone web3 game of PugLife. Many of you have been involved from the start by minting the free Early Supporter PugLife NFTs and participating in the development of the game. The official game map is nearly complete, and soon you’ll be able to embark on quests throughout Pug Garden with your GenesisPugs. Prepare to compete against fellow Pugs, level up, and acquire new skills and abilities beyond your wildest dreams!

As we refine the core gameplay, we are also developing additional minigames, such as PugRun: The Quest for Bones, which is available to play now here. Each mini game will feature unique competitions and events, enhancing the player experience.

BlastPugs

Parallel to our gameplay enhancements, our artist is finalizing our larger NFT collection, BlastPugs. While GenesisPugs retain their premier status, BlastPugs will offer greater accessibility and still play a crucial role in the PugLife experience. This approach means players can use both collections to maximize their gameplay and ascend the leaderboards.

Quick tip… GenesisPugs holders will be able to mint BlastPugs first and perhaps even be eligible for a freebie!

$PUG Token

Following the BlastPugs mint, we will introduce our ecosystem token, $PUG. Currently, players can earn $BONES regularly, but soon there will be more ways to earn $BONES, which will eventually convert into $PUG tokens, a fully monetized ERC20 token on the BlastL2 blockchain. Remember, holders of both GenesisPugs and BlastPugs will receive an airdrop of $PUG tokens.
