How to eat Amla..??

Everyone is aware of the benefits of Amla. Its advantages are countless. Its really a small package with countless health benefits.

Since Amla is very sour in taste, Now the question comes how to eat this multi benefits package.

Amla marmalade (murabba) is a very common sweet made of amla. But I don’t always prefer to have sweets, and just eating directly amla like any other fruit is not my cup of tea. So I was trying to find reason how to have raw Amla.

So now I m here with the solution:

We can add amla in Green Chutney.

Recipe of Green Chutney

Ingredients:

  1. coriander leaves
  2. Amla
  3. Green chilli
  4. Ginger
  5. Cumin (Jeera)
  6. Salt
  7. Lemon juice

Procedure:

Step 1: Take 200gm of coriander leaves. clean and wash it properly. Take 2–3 amla, cut it into small pieces. Peel off a slice of ginger.

Step 2: Put the coriander leaves, amla and ginger in a jar of a mixer grinder. Add green chilli according to taste. Add 1/2 spoon cumin in it. Grind it properly.

Step 3: Now add salt in it according to taste. Squeeze 2–3 drops of lemon juice for adding flavour.

Have it with any your starter, meal, supper or anything.
