Hello everyone, Today I will talk about how you can stay happy during tension. Let's begin shall we.

Tension comes in all shapes and sizes. So the best thing we can do is to prepare for it. There are some things which we can do to avoid tension. Some of them are given below.

1. Whether it is a work related problem or family related. Try to find the solution for the problem. If you can find the solution. Then solve it. But if you don't then don't worry about it.

Don't waste your time worrying about the things which you can't control.

2. Divert your mind from your tension. For instance, think something bigger than that tension and you will feel that the tension is nothing in comparison to the one which you already face.

3. Have a look at some beautiful flowers. Try to be like a flower. Keep smiling and enjoying.

3. Talk to your friend about the tension. Only if you trust that friend. You can also seek your friends help by referencing your problem in third person. This way there is no problem.

4. Spend some time on social media. I know some people consider social media a waste of time but when our mood is not good then a little bit flavour of social media isn't bad at all. It will refresh your mood and enlighten your thought.

5. Read a book a Non Fiction one if you can. Reading autobiography of some famous people also helps. We can relate with the hardships of the person and also inspire us to do good in bad situations.

6. Try visiting on a small picnic , in a camp or something. Take a break and refresh your mood. Nature is the best thing that will help to refresh your mind.

7. Listen to music. I don't know but there is something magical about music. When we hear our favourite song we forget all the things around us. So listen to any genre of music you like.

I am pretty sure by following all the 7 steps you can in some way get relief from the tension and worries.
