3 things with food:
- Grow some food (even if its as minor as baby tomato/holy basil in a little pot on the window sill.)
- Cook some food (even if its the simplest recipe. All needed is that it must be a healthy recipe.)
- Serve some food (Ideal diners — for men cooks — your own kids, your spouse, your parents, family elders; for women cooks — a hungry stranger or any hungry group of people.)
Do any of the above or all of them and see how you sleep!
