Excellent statement. Know always that it is first IT… then BIT… then A BIT & thereafter only HABIT. What you face is a common problem. You need support. Join a good Yoga school/class near your home. Even if its a weekly class it will be great help. Rest of the days practice at home. Don’t quit. Keep trying…. keep thinking about it… and you will see it will start happening.
