Multibillion dollar online reseller store StockX has issued
a series of NFTs using the name of Nike and the picture
of its sneakers.
However, Nike has claimed that these NFTs have been
done so in an unlicensed fashion and thus they are not

Nike has taken StockX
to court over the dispute
regarding the mentioned NFT.StockX started selling these NFTs since January
of this year. However, this move has not really
received the warm welcome of the world famous
sneaker manufacturer.Nike has stated that non fungible tokens are a great
way for companies to interact with their customers.
However, it is their belief that their good will should
not be abused by others.
