That’s great stuff Jon! Am a productivity enthusiast myself and lately I have adapted Evernote as my primary tool to organise my life.

I really do think Evernote excels at this because of its flexibility since it’s mostly a note-taking app. The way I deal with my tasks is, I have headers with Today, Tomorrow, Week, Month and Unscheduled and I add my tasks under each of these. As and when the day, week passes I edit them to reflect my current state of work.

This is an initial version of a workflow that I have built but I am amazed by the possibilities Evernote brings to being used as a task manager!
