The term yoga in Sanskrit means to get merged with (the universe).

Maharshi Patanjali in the 5th Century BC compiled all forms of Yoga, the process and the benefits thereof in the book known as Yoga Sutra.

My curious readers are requested to read my earlier post How To Learn Meditation At Oncefor brief relevant information on Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

You know very well, nowadays every one knows about this Yoga stuff. In fact, it has become sort of fashionable trend at least to speak about Yoga.

And you will find people readily advising you about how to do yoga.

As a rational approach to doing Yoga, it is of course advisable to seek guidance from the competent Guru, which I am not.

However, in this article International Day of Yoga, I have shared with my readers the things which I avoid while doing Yoga. And I suggest you should not miss it.
