Social or antisocial media

Before y’all read this I just wanna say go easy on me with the harsh comments…

So we all know this is a technological age and so everything is so easy….. So easy we now make friends online

But dont y’all this so called “social media” males us anti social?….. hell yeah it does!!!

We now live in a generation where our self worth is judged by how many likes we get on a photo

We can’t spell anymore but we sure do know our “instagrammar”

Don’t even get me started on how we judge someone by their profile on these social networks

We now Facebook so much we don’t have time for books anymore

We can’t go 30 mins without checking for an update on our phones, research conducted now shows that the average human attention span is less than a Goldfish……. Good lord!!!!!!

I saw a guy tell his friend “let’s see sometime” and was replied “sure what time do u wanna Skype”

Like it or not we live in a world is smartphones and dumb people

Am not saying its bad but we need to cut down on the tweeting, instagramming, facebooking e.t.c

Take a day off if you will, take some time and feel the air, admire the landscape take a good view of the scenery and you’ll see that most of the smartphones are just distractions

So I beseech you all to put off the phones and take a stroll………thank you
