Communication Methods
Communication is a process which involves sharing of information , opinions , ideas , and beliefs between two or more persons . It also plays an significant role in professional carrier . Person uses different method of communication , to spoke with other person.
Verbal or Oral communication
The Verbal Communication is a type of oral communication where the message is transmitted through the spoken words. Here the sender gives words to his feelings, thoughts, ideas and opinions and expresses them in the form of speeches, discussions, presentations, and conversations. In verbal communication , the feedback is immediate since there are a simultaneous transmission and receipt of the message by the sender and receiver respectively.
Effectiveness of the verbal communication depends on the tone of the speaker, clarity of speech, volume, speed, body language and the quality of words used in the conversation.
Interpersonal Communication
Interpersonal communication is the communication where exchange of ideas and information happens between two or more people by way of any channel. This can be face to face, online, over the phone, or in written forms as well.
Intrapersonal Communication
Intrapersonal communication is the communication done with oneself. Included are the thoughts, assessments, contemplations, and feelings that are associated with one’s inner communication.

The written communication is the most common and effective mode of business communication. In any organization, the electronic mails, memos, reports, documents, letters, journals, job descriptions, employee manuals, etc. are some of the commonly used forms of written communication
Non Verbal Communications
Nonverbal communication is the transfer of information through the use of body language including eye contact, facial expressions, gestures and more . Everyone uses nonverbal communication all the time whether they know it or not. Nonverbal communication is dependent on seeing and analyzing physical movements as opposed to verbal communication.

Visual Communication
Visual communication is the use of visual elements to convey ideas and information which include but are not limited to signs , typography , drawing , graphic design , illustration , industrial design , advertising , animation, and electronic resources. Humans have used visual communication since prehistoric times but now in modern world we uses modern types for visual communication .
Points to Remember
- Content should be suitable for presentation
- All fonts should be legible and appropriate for communication cycle.
- Use color Sparingly to highlight important information.
- Don’t overwhelm the audience with multiple graphs of a single data .
