There’s a new pushup workout making the rounds down on South Beach.
And it’s not for the faint of heart.
It’s got a massive amount of reps to it and some reps are static at the low position for quite some time.
That’ designed to drain your energy before you even get into level 2.
Speaking of levels—there are 3 different levels to the South Beach Pushup Challenge.
A breakdown of this monumental pushup challenge
The workout is played to the popular “Memories” (feat. Kid Cudi) [2021 Remix] by David Guetta.
🔥 Level 1 has 23 reps to complete
🔥🔥 Level 2 has 20 reps (so you’re at 43 total)
🔥🔥🔥 Level 3 has 7 reps (ending the workout at an even 50 reps)
Again, not all reps are equal here.
Some reps stop at the bottom of the pushup forcing you to hold where there is max tension:
The static holds on certain reps throughout this workout, specifically at the end of Level 1 and beginning of Level 3, make this a KILLER workout to complete.
In the past, there has been the classic “Up Sally Down Sally” pushup challenge, which was quite hard to finish—but this one takes the cake.
It not only requires endurance, but a lot of pure strength to even make it past Level 2.
