  3. Elevate Your Feet: Whenever possible, elevate your feet above your heart level. This helps drain excess fluids from your lower extremities.

  3. Dietary Considerations: Include potassium-rich foods like bananas, avocados, and leafy greens in your diet, as potassium helps balance sodium levels and .
