Fantastic piece, Ken! I’m about five years ahead of you on this journey and agree with you on just about everything. The only think I’ll add is that, in the flexibility department, the rules change (almost always for the better) with time and as the kids get older. You get the opportunity to see what’s most comfortable for the kids and what works for you. I absolutely love what you wrote!
