Do all birds chirp at night? No.
Most birds chirp during the day and rest at night. However, there are specific kinds of birds that portray such attributes which are; mockingbird, a whip-poor-will, or an owl.
Why do birds chirp?
If we are trying to silence them, we should at least know why they do what they do.
1. MARKING TERRITORY
Singing and chirping is a form by which birds signal this territory belongs to them
2. FOOD
Even as a human when we see food we get excited, it isn’t any different with birds.

When birds are in danger they tend to be loud and noisy. Chirping loudly is a form of sounding the alarm.
4.MIGRATION
Most migrating birds fly at night as the stars and moon aids navigation.
These birds are often heard chirping in unison. ‘Flight call’ is the official name for these chirps.
These are but a few reasons listed above, but now we have better understanding of what triggers the chirping.

There are several versions of bird repellent sprays you can make at home but the most popular is a concoction of chili peppers, water, and vinegar.
Spray lightly at the birds with a hose so they fly off.

Place a fan in your room to muffle the sounds of chirping birds.
.USE OF BIRD CONTROL PRODUCTS
There are products designed for bird control such as; bird wire, slopes and “spiders,” which prevent birds from landing, nesting and roosting on buildings and other surfaces. Bird spiders these are pieces with stainless steel, movable arms.
