I actually messaged a few HR executives privately after reading about their company’s publicly published diversity reports, congratulating them on their initial efforts, asking them to please continue those efforts, and to include other data, such as age as well moving forward. While I didn’t expect to get any responses (I didn’t), I have noticed that those companies have not to my knowledge published updated diversity reports that included age (among others) yet.
