How you might be asking? Well, use real peaches and naturally fermented sparkling wine made with one ingredient: organic grapes. You get the goodness of real peaches and the probiotics from the natural fermentation from the wine.
It’s still peach season in Provence and it made me think about the last Bellini I made in Santa Barbara from homegrown peaches from my sister-in-law’s backyard. Have you tried a real Bellini? They’re heavenly!
