The Prioritization Matrix is a tool that sorts and ranks various options into an order of importance using weighted criteria. This technique helps us to identify which activities, problems or projects are the most important to work on solving first. It can be applied to anything, from simple tasks to complex projects, by anyone, from single individuals to large organizations.

#MyPriorityMatrix

Now I want to share my priority matrix in which I have written my tasks and some of the tasks from the list I performed on daily basis. I also write down some upcoming tasks in the given picture. I have added the complete time information against every task.

It will give me a clear idea about my total task timing. I can easily count the total time that I am going to spend on upcoming tasks

#TimeSaver

I was very efficient by performing all the tasks after prioritizing my tasks because I was going in a smooth way to perform each and every task and it save my bundle of time and I also focused on my tasks.

There were some challenges as well when I reached to my department for clearance the particular teacher was absent. That's why I skip my task and jumped to the next one

If I look back on the best thing I did, I manage things quickly. The best thing I did to become more productive I reached first for my task and I did it with full concentration

The benefits of a prioritization matrix are quite straightforward. In support of structured decision-making, they make it easy to Break down and prioritize complex issues when there are multiple factors influencing the decision, Objectively and unambiguously rank your priorities
