We used daPulse for project management, so we could, as you suggest, take those questions to the board and not be stuck waiting for answers, and later on, we used issues on GitHub as development tasks, so you could also leave a comment there and focus on something else meanwhile .. or even mark a task as ‘blocked bt #23’ if anything needs to be done beforehand ..
