I should add, all this time I’ve been addled with poisonous thoughts about how this position was too low paid for me etc etc. All because of ego. And it was doing a number on my happiness. I feel like I can truly let go of that nonsense now and see the job and my self truly for what it is. A chance to make mark on young people and help them out and a chance to grow and give back to the world.
