Qrate & BanksyDAO Mint + Utilities Explained

For the past 12 months we have been working hard and have spent over $1m building our Web 3.0 art platform. The Qrate platform will empower both creators and collectors, by promoting emerging artists and giving collectors exclusive curation opportunities.

You will be the first to purchase highly coveted debut releases from the biggest names in art, before they hit the open market. We will work hand in hand with creators and shine a spotlight on up and coming talent, expediting artists growth whilst offering unique and exclusive opportunities to Membership pass holders.

The Qrate team owns 4 Banksy Paintings which will be utilised by fractionalisation to help us on our journey to connect collectors with the next superstar artists. We understand the biggest risks with investing into new creators is the risk of depreciation and a lack of liquidity on the secondary market. On Qrate we will include a fraction of one of our Banksy paintings with each featured drop, allowing artists access to a highly liquid market and allowing collectors too hedge their investment by also gaining ownership of historically appreciating art.

What benefits do I get from owning a Membership Pass?

The Qrate Membership pass allows you access to the Qrate platform. Utilities include the following:

• Exclusive access to all drops on the Qrate Platform, including debut NFT releases from web 2 artists, airdrops and Qrate exclusive releases.
• Access to the Qrate pass holders community
• All pass holders can attend the IRL Qrate gallery in Dubai where we will host exclusive events, auctions and sales. They will also be able to see our physical Banksys.
• Pass holders will get exclusive access to up and coming BanksyDao mints where they can purchase shares in our physical Banksys

What benefits do I get from owning a Creator Pass?

The Qrate Creator Pass is designed for creators and allows you all the benefits of the membership pass plus the following:

• Access to post their work on the Qrate platform.
• The ability to showcase their physical and digital work in our Dubai gallery for no cost, we will choose an array of creators works on a monthly basis.
• Access to the Qrate creator community, here we will foster a collaborative and creative community and will encourage partnerships within the space. This community will work to empower and uplift the creators within.
• Access to exclusive creator events IRL in our Dubai gallery and events hosted online.
• Access to become a feature mint on the Qrate platform and have their work sold alongside shares of one of our Banksys.

What benefits do I get from owning a fraction of the Banksy “Stop Esso” painting?

• Ownership of a legal fractional ownership of the Banksy “Stop Esso” piece, the percentage of ownership will be either 0.05% or 0.2% depending on the rarity trait associated with the share. If you receive a fraction from the 3333 supply membership mint, it will be a 0.05% share.
• This means receiving proceeds from the sale of the painting, and any revenue it generates.
• Voting rights within the “BanksyDAO”, this will include voting on a host of things surrounding the physical Art piece.
• Access to exclusive viewing events of the piece in the Qrate Gallery in Dubai.

Banksy Stop Esso Fractional Share

Parallel to the whitelist mint of the passes, we will be offering 25 shares of the “Stop Esso” Banksy. These will be sold at 2 ETH and represent a share of around $10k at a fair market value. First come, first served, be ready.

These shares will represent the higher percentage rarity trait (0.2%) and are estimated to be valued at around $10k

These will have all the same utilities as described in the Banksy “Stop Esso” Fractional share section above.
