OK, but hasn’t all of this been professed endlessly for at least 5 years more like 10–15? I accept that you could argue “well if men had just half a clue and paid attention the first time, no one would have to keep repeating these pronouncements”. But for men that have gotten it, and never had it wrong to begin with, it gets a little tiring to have this overly aggressive content all over the web, intensified by the #metoo movement. You certainly have a right to say it, and say it in whatever manner or tone you want. But the sad thing is that if one dares comment on this or any related matter, and is saying anything at all other than high-fiving, there will be the inevitable #mansplaining label.
