Here are some steps you can try to fix a printer spooler error:

Restart the Print Spooler service:

Press the Windows key + R, type “services.msc” and hit Enter.

Find the Print Spooler service, right-click on it and select “Restart.”

Clear the print queue:

Open the Devices and Printers folder (Start menu > Devices and Printers)

Right-click on your printer and select “See what’s printing.”

Click on “Printer” in the top left corner and select “Cancel All Documents.”

Delete the print jobs manually:

Open the C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS folder.

Delete all files in the folder.

Reinstall the printer driver:

Go to the manufacturer’s website and download the latest driver for your printer.

Uninstall the current driver from your computer and restart the computer.

Install the newly downloaded driver and restart the computer again.

Run the Microsoft FixIt tool:

Download the Microsoft FixIt tool for Print Spooler issues.

Run the tool and follow the on-screen instructions.

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, you may need to perform a system restore to a previous point where the print spooler was functioning correctly.

Note: The exact steps may vary depending on the version of Windows you are using. You can also order an at home service repair from Quick Tech Plus at melero.org
