I recommend getting really good at one language first. If you’re already fairly far into Python, I’d recommend sticking with it, at least until you can complete the first 30 Project Euler problems and all the CoderByte problems (you can do these all in Python).

Then you could learn JavaScript. You’ll need JavaScript anyway if you’re interested in information security.
