Nuclear warheads are just an expression of physics and chemistry. I would argue that an individual who has nuclear warheads at their disposal essentially has superpowers.

Humans do indeed change the world. But — just like with nuclear weapons — with a superpower like coding, it only takes a few humans to change the world, whether the rest of us humans like it or not.
