Some addictions are “bad” some are “good” but I think that we can all agree that life is an addiction.Some addictions are “bad” some are “good” but I think that we can all agree that life is an addiction. That breathing is really an addiction to life and that it’s our responsibility to attempt a daily overdose of life. For the most part I attempt to ‘put off’ life to tomorrow or the next thing - whatever that is - that comes my way but lately I’ve been changing my thinking and focusing on the moment, on the now, on each breath being the sum total of my life.Ian Rowan1 min read
