A Step To Go Extra-mile

Today, life has become a race in which every person is competing with others to go ahead or to reach the destination. Getting a job in this busy era is something like a miracle and it is not easy to get a job in dream company. Thus, going an extra-mile is a fundamental necessity to win the competition. By keeping this in mind, me and my friends visited HR personnel related to the field of pharmacy and try to get some information from them by asking multiple questions.
We visited the HR manager, Shumair Ejaz at Fazal din and sons Pharma and ask different question related to hiring process. After going through this process, we reached the following conclusion that HR are interested in the candidates and they want to hire them. All they need is commitment, hard work and a desire to learn. They prefer those candidates who are confident and are able to deal with other persons.For instance, if someone wants to join Retail Pharmacy, he should be good at dealing with other patients and have a good control over his temper. Secondly, he should have some basic knowledge to understand the work and to accomplish it effectively.These are the requirements for work in retail section.
We also visited the hiring personnel, Ahmed Fiaz at Ganga Ram hospital and tried our best to get the required answers. They check the candidates’ personality and knowledge. Confidence and basic knowledge are few requirements that should exist in every candidate. Secondly, positive behavior and ability to develop are also necessary to get a job.
To put in a nutshell, the three main takeaways are as follows. Firstly, confidence and command over basic knowledge are necessary. Secondly, one should have an internal craving towards learning and development. Thirdly, one should be able to add values and benefits to the organization.
